3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

a. Time-Limited Guarantee

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• After this period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

b. Course Access Usage

Refunds will not be provided if the user has:

• Accessed more than 20% of the course content, OR
• Downloaded course materials or attended live sessions.

c. Proof of Dissatisfaction

To process a refund request, the user must provide:

• A clear explanation of why the course did not meet expectations.
• Screenshots or supporting evidence, if applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• You change your mind about the course purchase.
• You did not have time to complete the course.
• You claim you didn’t learn anything but have already accessed significant content.
• Failure to follow course prerequisites or instructions.
• Accessing course content after the refund request is made.

• Final decision and refund confirmation will be provided within 5–7 business days after review.

6. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be issued by the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified. The processing time may vary based on banking/payment provider policies, typically 5–14 business days.
